These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any service engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. 11.
Changes to These Terms Prolite reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. For ongoing service engagements, the Terms in force at the time of project confirmation shall apply.
